Payment

Kaktos Rose accepts the following credit card payment options: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. At this time Kaktos Rose cannot accept international credit cards. The total dollar amount of your order and transfer of funds will occur at the time your order is placed.

Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed pending product/item availability and credit card verification. The terms below are all dependent on if the item ordered is in stock (this varies due to season). Kaktos Rose will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order, and we can also be reached at orders@kaktosrose.com if needed.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day.
All custom orders will ship within 14 business days (rough estimate based on design elements) of an order being processed.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
PRIORITY MAIL: will arrive in 3-5 business days
EXPRESS MAIL: will arrive in 2 business days
INTERNATIONAL: see section below

Kaktos Rose is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on KaktosRose.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are always non-refundable.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions. The above shipping times are not guaranteed by USPS and are dependent on weather.

International

Kaktos Rose is pleased to offer shipping worldwide. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Kaktos Rose is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Tracking Orders

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on KaktosRose.com, login, and refer to your recent orders.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kaktos Rose order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition within 15 days of receipt of your order. Custom products are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All custom sales are considered final. All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise - sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via our website https://www.kaktosrose.com or purchased directly from us. Kaktos Rose will not accept returns for our products that were purchased in other retailers.

Extended Return Policy for the Holiday Season

For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.

Making a Return

To initiate the return process, send us an email at orders@kaktosrose.com. Please include your name, address, email address, a contact number, and the reason for your return; someone will be in contact with you soon!

All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise along with a note. Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements. Upon receipt of returned goods, Kaktos Rose reserves the right to deny refund if the product returned does not meet the return policy requirements.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the returns process above. We are happy to help you choose another one of our metal products! Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
